Latrobe Crusader™ is a premium, high-vanadium, high-carbon molybdenum-based high-speed steel conforming to the ASTM A600 M3 Class 2 specification. It is engineered as a superior alternative to standard M2 and M35 grades, offering an outstanding balance of **exceptional abrasion resistance** and **good toughness**. The "Crusader" name signifies its capability to handle the most demanding, abrasive machining applications where tool life is limited by wear rather than shock.
