Sandvik 19C27 is a specialized **high-carbon, high-chromium martensitic stainless steel strip** engineered for applications requiring exceptional wear resistance, moderate corrosion protection, and high hardness in through-hardened condition. Positioned between standard cutlery grades and specialized tool steels, 19C27 offers an optimal balance of hardness, carbide formation, and stainless properties for demanding industrial components subjected to abrasive wear and mechanical stress.
